1. Why these exist
Docht is a place for traders to share real ideas, charts, and mistakes. These guidelines exist to keep that useful — not to police opinions or trading styles.
2. Not allowed
Scams and fraud (including "send me capital, I'll trade it for you" schemes), impersonating another trader or account, spam, harassment or targeted abuse, and misleading financial claims — fabricated results, "guaranteed" returns, or manipulated screenshots presented as real trades.
Also not allowed: posting content you don't hold the rights to (copyright infringement), and sexually explicit or graphic NSFW content — Docht is not that kind of platform. Content that appears to be illegal (not just against these guidelines) may be reported to the relevant authorities in addition to being removed.
3. Market manipulation
Don't use Docht to coordinate pump-and-dump activity or spread deliberately false information about a market or instrument.
4. Disagreement is fine
Calling out a bad take, a blown trade, or a flawed strategy is normal trading discourse. Personal attacks, hate speech, and pile-ons are not.
5. What happens if you break these
Depending on severity: a warning, content removal, temporary restrictions (posting, comments, DMs, or monetization disabled), or account suspension. You can report any post, comment, or profile — and block or mute any user — from its menu.
6. Appeals
Think a removal or restriction was a mistake? Email admin@docht.app with the post/account involved and why — a human reviews every appeal.
7. Contact
Report something you're not sure fits a category at admin@docht.app, or use Report a problem.
These guidelines are a plain-language summary and enforcement is at Docht's discretion — this page hasn't had a formal legal review and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for one, particularly the illegal-content and enforcement language above.
