Nothing on Docht — posts, comments, charts, Calls, Reads, Records, Communities, the news calendar, creator subscriptions, or any other feature — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Docht does not recommend, endorse, or verify any trade, strategy, or instrument.
2. Content is user-generated
All trade recaps, analysis, and commentary are posted by individual users, not by Docht. Docht does not vet trading track records and cannot confirm that a screenshot or claimed result is genuine.
3. A Record is not a performance guarantee
A locked Call, its receipt and a trader's Record prove one thing: what was said, and the time Docht's server received it. They do not prove that anyone placed a trade or made money.
Where a Call carries an outcome (Target hit, Invalidated, Expired or Ambiguous), a Docht reviewer decided it by hand after the window closed, and it is labelled as a review by Docht. It is one person's reading of what the market did. It is not an automatic measurement, an audit or a verified track record, it can be wrong, and it can be corrected. Counts of reviewed outcomes on a Record are a tally of those reviews, not a measure of profit. A Call with no outcome has not been reviewed: a closed window is not a result.
Follower counts, reactions and comments reflect attention, not skill. None of them should be read as proof that someone is a skilled or trustworthy trader.
4. Paid subscriptions
Paid creator subscriptions are not available during Open Beta. When they open, subscribing to a creator will grant access to their posts and commentary — nothing more. It is not a managed account, a signal service with guaranteed outcomes, or a promise of future results. Past posts are never a guarantee of what a creator will post, or how markets will move, in the future.
5. Market information
The economic calendar, release figures and news wire on Docht are taken from official and third-party sources, and any chart shown beside a room is outside context, not the instrument itself. This information can be late, incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on it for the timing or the size of a trade; check the source.
6. Risk
Trading futures, forex, crypto, and equities carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
7. Not a registered investment adviser
Docht is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution under any country's securities or financial services law, and nothing on the platform is a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, instrument, or financial product.
